Trust level: what our ratings mean

Trust Level is a credibility rating our staff assigns to a female profile. We score a profile across up to four categories — passport, meeting, phone call, and correspondence. Passport scans, when provided, are rated on quality and completeness. Meetings, phone calls, and correspondence are rated from the feedback our customers give us. Combined, these ratings produce the Trust Level. The higher it is, the greater the chance the lady is genuine and has honest intentions.

Each category carries a different weight. Feedback on a meeting, for example, matters more than a passport scan. The exact formula is complex and classified, so it cannot be used to artificially raise a Trust Level.

Below are the three levels you will see on profiles, what each one means, and how to read it.

60% — Baseline Trust

Short version (profile card): Trust Level 60% — baseline check passed. The profile is confirmed through one or more channels (correspondence, phone call, passport), but there is not yet enough data for a higher level.

Full version: This level goes to profiles that have passed an initial review by our team. Usually at least one contact channel is confirmed — for example, correspondence or a phone call — or a passport has been provided, though the quality or completeness of the scans may still raise questions. Feedback about an in-person meeting is typically not yet available. The profile looks genuine, but we recommend standard caution and clarifying details as you communicate. 60% is a green light with a caveat, not a guarantee.

80% — Elevated Trust

Short version (profile card): Trust Level 80% — the profile has passed several independent checks. Identity and contact channels are confirmed, and there is positive customer feedback.

Full version: Profiles at this level have gathered several confirmations across different categories: for example, a quality passport scan, a confirmed phone call, and positive feedback on correspondence. A meeting review is often present but not required — category weights differ, and a meeting counts for more than a passport. The combination of independent signals makes it highly likely that the profile is genuine and the intentions are honest. We still advise customers not to skip ordinary precautions on first contact.

100% — Maximum Trust

Short version (profile card): Trust Level 100% — the highest level. The profile is confirmed across every available category, including positive feedback about in-person meetings.

Full version: 100% is the highest rating we assign. It means the profile has passed review in all four categories: passport (quality and completeness), correspondence, phone call, and — most importantly — an in-person meeting with positive customer feedback. A meeting review carries the greatest weight, so 100% cannot be reached without one. This level is the strongest signal that the lady is real and honestly intentioned. That said, 100% is not a legal guarantee: it is our team’s assessment based on the data we have collected, and we recommend customers keep reasonable vigilance.
